Rotary screw type compressor

Have you ever blown up a balloon? When you do this, chances are good that it is your own breath that fills them with air. You already know how handy it can be if you have to inflate but what about when that something is a tire on your bike or an enormous inflatable bouncy castle for the kids party? This is where a special machine called compressor can help.

Rotary Screw Type Compressor: This type of Alsmann compressor is so named because it has two parts moves around inside a cylinder. The male rotor is one of them. The screw rotary compressor's  long twisted shape makes them ideal for the job at hand. The part in the female rotor and is designed to fit exactly inside of the male-growing rotor.

The Rotary Screw Type Compressor

Here, as the rotors rotate and get close to each other - now there is air or gas in between which would be pushed/pulled downward. This fills a smaller volume of space by air or gas. Next, the compressed air is directed to exit from the compressor and transfer it into some kind of a recipient usually referred as tank. This is why it compresses the air or gas in order to store them for later use.

In addition, the Alsmann Rotary Screw Type Compressor is powered in such a way that lubrication must be present to keep it running properly and for an extended period of time. This is a way that the brake repair shops replace to get your brakes sealed, this is where oil or grease was applied on to the rotors. This allows screw rotary air compressor for an easy and smooth ride without stopping too soon. The rotors will as well not be lubricated and can seize or crack, we do not want that.
